Maybe lowered and spacers on the wheels?
They definitely looked like they filled the arches better.

As we met in person coincidentally I can firmly say yes that was me.
Just a little lower on HKS coilovers and AVS Model5 wheels and spacers to fill the arches. Plenty of STI bits on there as well.
Let me know if you want to have a drive sometime? The better throttle response might be what you are after.

A blue Levorg with gold wheels sounds like a solid combo, and if it's stanced out, it's definitely someone who cares about their build. The wheels filling the arches better usually means they're running spacers or a more aggressive offset. If you see them again, definitely try to flag them down. Have you done any mods to yours or is it still stock?
