Will the Levorg VM STI grill fits the Levorg VM4 bumper?

no the grill for STI is different to the VM4 and VMG different bumper arrangement.

But, if Im going to replace the whole bumper with Levorg STI, will it fit the VM4?

Yes from what im aware has same bumper as VMG and a few on here have done the swap. If you do change the bumper you will need to change a few other bits as well front fenders/wings dont line up, crash bar and some other pieces check out Charlie_chings posts hes done the swap from VMG to STI front.
