I've had the GT for a few months now, and it's time to get the spanners out and change the oil.
I've done basic, drain, fill and filter changes on every car I've had, but are there any gotchas on the 1.6DIT?

Also, do I have to do anything with fluids in the CVT or diff or change the plugs?

Car has done 105k miles. I'll pull the book out tomorrow and see when it was last done.

Do they really need an oil change every 6k miles?

If you have done 105k miles i would change all the diff oils. The car will only thank you changing the engine oil as often as 10km Intervals, Change the spark plugs also if they have never been done. I can't speak of the CVT oil change but by many people they change it every 100km also.

Hi welcome to your Levorg we've had ours from new 2018 and been very pleased, our second Subaru, this replaced our H6 which finally died when the head gasket failed :-(
Any way, we don't do a lot of miles now since retirement so an annual oil and filter change works for us, usually less than 6K miles, air filter if it needs it, our diff oils have been changed during a main dealer service as was the brake fluid and plugs have been changed previously although I have a set to go in when I get around to it, brake fluid is also due a change when I get my replacement vacuum brake bleeder to replace the one I had which somehow went in the rubbish bin oops!
Go through the service records and figure what needs doing then do them, I usually put a can of engine flush in before changing the oil but they're pretty easy to work on although I think the plugs are going to be tricky.
