Wondering if anyone has any faultfinding experience and any wiring drawings of the Levorg's electric window system and the sunroof?
Symptom is that all electric windows stopped working from all of the switches in the car, none of them operate from any switch, so it's not even possible to roll them up and down for a re-learn. It's as if there's a fuse blown, but they all appear to be intact. A couple of days later, the sunroof also stopped working.
All other accessories in the car are working fine and there's no additional aftermarket equipment wired in that could be causing a problem. There's also no related fault codes when I scan the car.
I've been through and checked every fuse in the car, the next stop is to start stripping the door cards down and testing switches and looking at wiring. I'm thinking that perhaps there's a bad ground somewhere, or there's an issue with one of the switches that's causing a problem, but that wouldn't also explain the sunroof.
Before I start stripping the interior, just wondering if anyone's experienced something similar with their car, if there's any specific fault codes I should be looking for, places that might be hiding a bad ground to the body, or if anyone's got a decently detailed set of wiring diagrams for the Levorg's windows and sunroof?
For reference, the car is a MY2017 VM FB16 DIT.
