Led lights

Hey everyone, can someone help me out, I've just brought a 2014 Subaru Levorg, now I'm trying to turn on the Led Lights that are in this picture, any help would be great

What do you have in front of you in when you're sitting in the drivers seat? Take some pics of the switches etc you're seeing

I have these lights on mine.
Just above your left shin, on the driver's side foot well (if it's a right-hand drive car). - close to the steering adjust lever.
A bit of a random place to put it imo.
